BC.Game has the worst customer support ever and INR Merchants are Big time Robbers

Its been a painful journey since I made this transaction of INR 50,000 through the Merchant MS Beauty Enterprise through UPI. the amount was pending due to receiver's bank issue but it got created after 2 days. But the merchant has been denying the receipt and the customer support has been very unhelpful with their robotic response. I will make sure the fraudulent merchant is punished
